Winter 2025 Cider Release

It’s that time again—Quarterly Cider Release time! We’re thrilled to bring back two fan-favorite ciders: Blackberry and Alpine Cuvée. Here's what makes this release so special:

Blackberry

We’ve crafted a brand-new batch of this beloved cider, and due to its overwhelming popularity, we made a bit more than last time. But don’t wait too long; it’s still a limited release! This cider is only made once a year when we can source fresh late-summer blackberries. Once it’s gone, you’ll have to wait until next year to enjoy it again.

Alpine Cuvée

This cider has been a labor of love. Made in late 2023, we released half of it in January 2024 and held back the other half to age in the bottle for an additional year. Now, we’re releasing it for January 2025 (ok, technically February, but close enough). Alpine Cuvée is a one-off creation—once it’s gone, it’s gone for good. The extra bottle aging has added even more complexity to this already sophisticated cider, making it well worth the wait.
