CREAMY, BUTTER, OAK

This venture into our orchard series features this american oak aged cider. Named for the film “Phenomenon” which was shot here in Auburn CA, we think that this cider is, well, a Phenomenon. A nose of butter and baked apple fill the glass, followed by velvety smooth butter, vanilla and a caramel layer that entice the palate. Pairs well with over-roasted vegetables, risotto, and lobster bisque! ABV 7.3%
