Spring 2025 Bottle Release: New Ciders, Flavorful Pairings & a Special Day at The Orchard

Spring has officially arrived — and with it comes one of our favorite times of year at Ponderosa Cider Co.: our Spring 2025 Bottle Release! We're thrilled to share three incredible new ciders with you, each crafted with care and ready to make their debut.

This Spring's Lineup:

• Blackberry – Juicy, vibrant, and full of wild berry character, aged in barrels

• Pomme Rosé 2024 – A beautifully blushed cider made with McIntosh apples and Grenache grapes, blending orchard freshness with wine-like elegance.

• Macintosh – Single Varietal Apple: Crisp, bright, and wonderfully classic.

These bottles are available exclusively to our Cider Club members, and we’re celebrating their release with a special one-day event on Saturday, April 26 at Ponderosa Cider Co. at The Orchard (101 Apple Ln, Auburn, CA).

Tasting + Pairing Experience at 1:00 PM
Join us for a guided tasting with our cider maker and a fun food pairing — this time, we’re spicing things up with a chili pairing that complements the ciders beautifully. It’s a casual, flavorful way to explore the new releases and enjoy the season.

Tickets are required for the pairing:

• $10 for members (includes 1 guest at member pricing)

• $20 for non-members or additional guests (includes access to the cider space for the day)

Event Hours:
Ponderosa Cider Co. at The Orchard will be open 12pm–6pm for Cider Club members and their guests only. Please note: The Orchard shop is open to the public, but cider tastings and glasses are only available to members or their guests.
